Take Photos of Real Estate Properties and Earn $30.00 Per Assignment
We are looking for a reliable and dependable person to take interior and exterior photos of properties in the YOUR CITY area.
REQUIREMENTS:
You must have your own digital camera with at least 8.0 megapixels.
Exterior Photos
For each property, a total of 4–6 exterior photos will be required:
Front view of the property
2–3. Photos of the properties to the left and right of the subject property
Street view — a photo showing the street where the property is located
Interior Photos
An appointment will be scheduled to access the interior of the property. You will need to take:
A photo of each room in the house
In the kitchen: multiple photos showing the cabinets, appliances, and flooring
In the bathrooms: clear photos of all fixtures, bathtubs/showers
Any damages should also be photographed
All photos must be taken in landscape format (horizontal), not vertical.
Compensation
You will be paid $30.00 per property.
After submitting the photos via email, payment will be sent the next business day (often sooner).
This opportunity is on an as-needed basis and is not an offer of full-time or part-time employment.
Payment may increase over time based on your dependability and our working relationship.
