You will also receive the following with each mobile home:
1. two metal overhang canopies - one at the front and back door;
2. cement steps on both front and back door;
3. an electrical service poll;
4. HVAC unit (we are not certain if the HVAC unit is in working condition, but will be provided also, if desired)
ALL OF THE ABOVE is provided AT NO ADDITIONAL COST just the $3000 for the trailer.
Unit must be moved at your expense.
Important note: none of the units have the tongue on the trailer(s).
